About Us
Every child is a special human being, who grows in his own personal way. Some children take longer than others to reach their developmental milestones. In many cases, these children need special help to achieve their potential.
The Gecse Dániel Foundation was founded in 1993 with the purpose of helping people with special needs and especially children with disabilities.
The actual work with the disabled children started in 1996 in the Educational and Rehabilitation Center. It all started with a group of 9 children.
As yet, 180 children have benefited from our services, out of whom many were integrated into other educational institutions.
In the last two years the foundation has built a new center, where we moved on April 4, 2005! The adress of this center is Bulevardul 22 Decembrie 1918 no. 74, Tirgu Mures.
